Life will never be without challenges. We get comfortable in one way that used to be hard work, inconvenient or expensive and some new challenge pops up somewhere else to take its place. In answer to your question, I think we died as a race

Yes, when I haven't done much. Like a lot of people my productivity fluctuates throughout any given week. 2 stand ups per day is brutal! I would fight against that for the simple reason that it is an interruption to my and others work
