When you own a 17 net or 12 net, I think it comes as a given on extra txt records not needed. Totally not fair, but reality, and someone’s allowing it on the filtering side.

I worked on this. We called it the parking lot bug. WiFi still shows signal but no proper connection. With MPTCP, it will failover to cell.

That is a great point. And the UC system does have a central database. It would be nice to see total uniques per school out of transparency, as you can apply to all the UC’s much easier. This does have an adverse effect, as relatives of min

California Universities just had the most applications in history. UCLA 145k applicants, UCSD 130k applicants. Respectively they are both down now to about a 3% and 5% acceptance rate due to the spike. Might be Covid holdovers due to a gap

I had a couple questions, as this feature is awesome! How long does it take to get the response vs external bots pulling the data? What mechanisms does GitHub have in place to stop bots who monitor repo changes? I ask, as I have been there

That might be SAAS. The other side of the coin is not the same. You do a multi year multi million dollar deal with a fortune 100, don’t expect 0 lawyers, 0 CPA’s.

I love projects like this! Great idea and motivation. I wanted to give a heads up that when I search for “Python for data analytics”, I get this awesome book “The Storm of Bringer by Isabel Cooper”. I know you are still working on the site,

Worked there, managed a lot of the teams. An agent is considered a node. So you could have X nodes per server if that clears items up. Even agent per X jbod. The teams are very smart on blast radius and sharding. When I left I had exabytes

Thanks for the response, been there on the overages per SAAS’s. Now running a startup, they scare me even more.

No comment about the company, but want to make clear as a buyer you understand the procurement and legal parts i.e. MFN or MFC. If they do discount, even 5%, then it ripples across their accounts as a legal matter, esp at your scale. I was

There is a lot to digest in this piece. Work environments are very dynamic and context and time-in-point is very important. I did not see this behavior, but I was not part of that group at Apple. I worked with Jony after we were acquired. T

Thank you, great information. Those incentives then have to change. I wrote a few apps back in the day, and 30% seemed high, but I never hit over $100k in rev. I was hoping the little guy who scaled would have won here.

I see comments on latency every so often when Starlink come ups. I would love some clarity on how satellite connectivity is expected to perform. Example: Streaming services will be great, but syn ack dependent SAAS apps have to be optimized

Interesting it lists right wing and left wing focus. Sounds like the US is bias towards the middle. Not sure how to groc that. Most likely it is what is important to the nation at the time would be a better qualification. History repeats it

Know your customer, works well for me. I focus on Fortune 500 at my job, and people forget to ask what the customer wants and go straight into a sale. Meta: not sure about this blog, it is in itself a sales page.
