My comment was in regards to actually shorting. Anything that is regulated like Nasdaq or CME I would trust. They will settle the shorting. Any other exchange could just disappear if there was major movement.

Until bitcoin has real utility, it has to be a bubble. All the dark web stuff can't be a constant driver of price. Most people are gambling with no intent to participate in the dark web.

yup, I see a consensus around hangout and some structure. But for remote teams looks like a tool like geekbot would work.
