In Japan right now and I see a ton of automation everywhere, self checkout at grocery stores and restaurants, but what you also see is a live humanbeing assigned to the machines to help you if you have issues.

Broker fees are the biggest scam. I’m surprised that StreetEasy or another player like compass hasn’t been able to disrupt on this more. As a renter you basically do all the work to find an apartment and then shell out thousands to a broker

Yes, she does! She checks it everyday and she loves the simplicity of it. I also tried the spreadsheet approach since I was so frustrated with budgeting apps, but they're a bit overwhelming for some.

Thanks for the feedback, it's like a forecasting feature. Say you want to spend over budget today, you can see how that changes your daily budget 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, etc. out from today. Or let's say you plan on being frugal fo

I don’t think this is true at all. I did YC and neither I nor my cofounders had any hype surrounding us or our idea. Unless if by hype you mean a handful of paying users then sure, that won’t hurt :)
