I agree but that’s still my point. The thing looks totally unpolished. The corners are horrible, the UX looks subpar. It’s the first time I feel like Apple totally rushed a new product without any real vision. *Xiaoco, I invented this ref.

Oh but I agree that the Apple Watch does all of that very well, I myself use it mostly for this. I was just answering to gp : the Apple Watch pretty much only make sense if you own an iPhone. Else, you’d better buy any other smartwatch bran

Honestly I have owned two Apple Watches and you are missing nothing. They do look nice if that’s your taste, but they are extremely locked down and are pretty useless without an iPhone. I cannot cite even one application that is a killer ap

Good example. It’s also like saying our brains are just electric circuitry incorporated in meat. It’s true but it seems that consciousness emerges from this. The fact that LLMs are next token predictors isn’t the interesting or impressive p

It says required but I managed to submit without. I guess it's vibe coded and this field is anyway pretty redundant with Country. Ironic that you cannot choose anything in this list if you are from France, like, the Daft Punks.

The first Spotify client, the one in Qt was actually really good. Things started going downhill slowly when they integrated Facebook then very fast when they threw everything through the window to rewrite everything in electron.

I'd consider a 18yo OS retro, yes :) Windows 7 is nearer to Windows 95 than to Windows 11. And yes, time flies.
