Your depression couldn't have been that bad if you could create an app against it. Regular therapy would probably have been more effective and less dangerous for others.

Nuclear power is pretty cool if you don't build the plants in risky areas or ignore safety measures. I'm a radiation safety officer and the completeness of precautions taken is inversely proportional to the amount of greediness of

In addition to notifications from (social media) apps, turn off notifications for every messenger. I turned off everything but SMS and phone. If it's super important people will contact me there, all other messages can be read later.

Cool, does it include a small dial to put the clocks back when they manage to let their TLS certificates run out the 4th time?

Can't you block bitcoin miners via limiting CPU time per user? As soon as a user hits x amount of minutes CPU per minute, you kill all his programs. Not nice but effective.

Tilde.fun has a somewhat working ssh signup with an admin interface: https://code.tilde.fun/tilde/ssh-reg Maybe we can work together and create a lightweight admin framework.

I don't but currently the ssh registration script is nonfunctional. Once that's working again you'd just have to give a fake mail address, but you won't be notified if we created an account for you this way.

It's currently a VPS rented from Strato.de, one of the biggest German hosting providers. Since I'm paying out of my own pocket I currently don't want to afford a colocated server, even though I realise that'd be cooler a

I can only speak for tilde.fun, but it's helpful to not have any users currently (^^) and disable outside communication apart from ~/html/ where our users can put static files into. Most tilde sites don't have public mai

Send me an email and I get you an account on tilde.fun. It's pretty defunct right now but I'd like to have some actual users ;) No need for any personal info besides your email address.

If I see more than one language in a repo or the developers' names sound foreign to me, I'm more likely to check out their profile. I always love to find out more about (development) culture in other parts of the world. Can you el

What's a sbdfl? I used Seafile and it's great but it has a pretty hard paywall. Gitea is just great. In conjunction with Drone it's the most elegant CI/CD platform I know.

Yes, and there are more developers on Github from Singapore now than a few years ago (in my perception). I wonder what platform they used before but I don't know any of them personally. I only read their Github bios.
