Taking compounded tirzepatide ($6000/yr for 15 mg/wk) and lost ~120 lbs. Ironically, sugar tastes a lot stronger, and food generally tastes better, but I don't want as much. Haven't seen any other changes or improvements

This study was measuring the effectiveness of trained suppression - not distraction or letting go, but specifically not imagining the event. I found it surprising, but at the same time avoidance might just have weakened the mental strength
