What's the math here if they go public in 2027, with next to 1T in valuation? How much more growth can the company have for regular investors? Surely they won't have the capital of multiple FAANG companies...

Fascinating study. The stats warrant some caution, though. The main finding is based on figure 4 [1] and I wouldn't be surprised if the number and location of these 'eras' varied a lot if the authors use 40,000 people instead

If this is the case, the finding sounds trivial. I thought it was literally a theorem that hubs emerge from networks if you minimize distance or wiring cost.

I may be wrong but isn't that what chain of thought, verification etc claim to solve? As I understand them, you essentially feed back the llm back as a prompt and ask to verify if it's true and fix mistakes until "convergence
