   As I understand it, this is not true. And there are dark patterns that re-enable to toggle even if you disable it once.

   As I understand it, that setting does not prevent them training on user data, just which derivatives are used (i.e. just PII scrubbed vs certain types of synthetic summarization)

   As I understand it, there is substantial question as to whether that actually stops them training on your data, it just perhaps changes what derivative processes are applied and used.

   If you include the UK and Switzerland in Europe then Europe is clearly doing ahead of China. The 1st and 3rd AI nations in Europe are not in the EU though, so if you restrict it to just the EU it falls well behind china
