You may want to look into Owncloud. It's opensource. You can run it from your own server or host it elsewhere. They do have clients for MAC and IOS. I'm not a MAC user personally, but I do believe they support MAC resource forks.

I could honestly care less about Dr. Rice being on the board of directors or not. Is she going to start a program to torture users of Dropbox? If that comes to pass, it may be a cause for concern. Other than that it appears that Dropbox is
