In my first startup it was just too much, it took me over one year. Nowadays, I'd say that a couple of months is more than enough!

Until date no company was able to tackle that issue. There's some startups trying to solve that, for instance http://www.jobbox.io , but I think that problem will be solved with a mix of machine learning and referrals. This
