I see the site claims to save fuel, is this in the form of providing routing? I assume that patching data needs to get in to the autopilot system at some point, how does that work?

Similar experience with a company this year for a new grad position, they wanted me to come to 30hr unpaid hackathon hosted in the evenings. I'm sure the signal they get is pretty good, but I'm also sure they filter outany candida

Yep, that Junior role had about 700 applicants last I checked on LinkedIn. No way theres nobody qualified in that pool.

As someone graduating at the end of this year, this is quite the understatement in my experience. The constant, 0-feedback autorejections make this a demoralizing experience.
