Building with this stack right now, really enjoying it and more importantly able to move quickly as a solo builder. Supabase/Railway/Neon/Planetscale all good choices for hosted DB.

https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/6327199?hl=en is the best Google-hosted link I could find after a quick search. The assistant establishes a VPN upon connecting to a public wifi network.

Google is already trying to address this with the Android Wi-Fi Assistant. Wish Apple had something similar for iOS.
