   This was basically his Startup School talk. He definitely has many great points but I question a few. Such as, using IM as a replacement for speaking directly to a coworker within an office. How can this be more efficient? I don't see it.

    From my experience, no amount of exercise will help you lose weight if you are eating crap. The only way I lost 25 lbs was to eat clean and exercise at least 3 times a week.

    I met Mark at the Startup School reception at YCombinator the night before Startup School. He is a very knowledgeable and genuine person. I wish I would of had the same passion as he does at his young age.
