There's more than two parties. Nobody is forcing you to vote for one of them. Parties are also an anti-pattern. Again we need a better system than first past the post that naturally biases towards a two party system.

20,000 is way too high even though you are doing only once/week. 2000 or less daily is more appropriate. Doses that are too high can also cause blood calcium to spike and can pull it out of bones and deposit into soft tissue.
