I think the site is great! One minor annoyance: the volume gets reset to about 75% when I close the player completely and re-open it (but not when I switch to a new album with the player still open). The problem with that is that it is too

This is more a comment on the video interview than the marcgayle.com post. I don't think Mr Calacanis' statements are incendiary. He explains eloquently what kind of people and attitude he is looking for, and doesn't seem to have a problem

Well, I would remove the "professional experience" option. That's what confused me. Without it you still have 6 levels of granularity, that ought to be enough for anybody :)
