   I got through a few lectures by recognizing that I didn’t have the mathematical training/practice to finish up one video in one sitting. Often times I would need to scurry on over to have some basics explained to me on another site. I

   Coincidentally, I recently got into running too and have adopted a similar strategy - except mine was inspired by Kaizen principles as adapted to daily life - improvements in small increments so they aren’t overwhelming my existing routine

   This has the distinct flavor of a Kaizen approach to continuous improvement. Well done! Love the idea of using shortcuts for this. I learnt. Thank you.
