Newer GPT (5+) models seem to forget imports more often than Claude and use all lowercase comments more (possibly as part of OpenAI's effort to make it more concise). It also seems to use modern Java features like var and records more.

Once I looked up how to add placeholder text on a textbox with Swing and someone on Stack Overflow said to add a random JAR file into my project but the DuckDuckGo AI gave me the correct answer. So good riddance I guess.
