    I am sorry to answer late. Yes, you can do convert a digitally signed pdf to word file but signature itself wont survive the conversion.

    please try to select text in your PDF. if you can't highlight it, it is image and needs OCR first.

    I think it should be because sometimes it happened itself not because of my mistake.So it spends a lot of unnecessary tokens for that.
