As far as I'm concerned, a single unsolicited message from anyone with no personal connection to myself constitutes spam. Obviously opt-in lists are a different story. Anecdotally, most people aren't going to go through the couple or three

I tried this for like six months. Couldn't stand it. I get far better results adjusting environmental lighting. An LED strip casting a glow behind my monitor made the most difference.

The head of the GCSE at the time is now our Governor General. So the guy directly at fault is untouchable and the Prime Minister flatly denied (lying) all knowledge of any spying. We're not so squeaky clean.

Rapt when I saw this on the news last night. A hugely influential decision. Not only is the GCSE now liable for their actions, but it opens up the opportunity to sue other organizations, which we have been unable to do since the eighties.

Considering Sony has never (as far as I can remember) had a competing Android flagship, not to mention the financial state of Sony in general; I somewhat doubt Sony will pose any threat to HTC.

Chrome warns about many plugins wanting access to all sites. IIRC it's a problem with Chrome's regex matching rather than any plugin.

I never really had a problem with configuring vim and installing plugins manually. This seems like it'll make vim more daunting for new users, while getting in the way of experienced users.
