My only complaint with self-hosting matrix is that the canonical python implementation is quite resource-heavy. I was unable to run it on a cheap VPS. I hope that the ecosystem will improve in the future.

Common rule of thumb I've always heard is one (8oz) glass of water per beer drank. It works well for me although I never have more than 3-4 anyways.

People can die in many different cases - I think it should be up to the wrench owner to make this decision, and not the wrench seller (who collects money for calibrating wrenches).
