   We do provide sentiment but the main benefit is definitely the themes which form the action items that can be addressed. We show what areas to improve, not just how people feel (although that is important in deciding)

   1. Not publicly facing yet. We just have a script to collect the data given app-ids. 2. Absolutely. We have customers using it for user research, employee engagement and even refining chatbot accuracy. It is tailored to work best on surveys
