It easily could be a bug such as the refence to the Api being removed. Posts that reference it could raise an error leading to them being hidden. I’ll wait to hear if Facebook makes a statement.

doxygen is tool to programmatically generate documentation from properly formatted comments. If you use python, it is very similar to pydoc. We never actually used the generated documentation but basically used the format as a style guide.
