Charge level control for such devices should be standard. All my always connected devices with LiPo batteries have led to eventual bloating and safety hazards.

Using 5GHz is a real pain here in Switzerland. Only 4 non DFS channels are available 36, 40, 44 and 48 (output power is also highly restricted in these 4 channels). Rest 14 channels are DFS. Channel planning is a nightmare; never know when

It's a high-voltage connector; the actual AC voltage input, battery charger resides in the car. The DC fast charger (supercharger, ionity, etc) resides outside the car.
