Meanwhile 7? years ago I drove a company Volkswagen Touareg on a ca. 5 hour drive with constantly varying rain conditions the entire time and did not touch the wiper controls beyond initially setting them to Automatic. This is a solved prob

It's a set of performance tests built into the Chrome dev tools. It profiles your site on a variety of metrics and gives you a report. I'm not exactly sure what's wrong with it in the context of this post.
