It's logical if you view them as unsuccessful. But if "decision-making rights are unclear" is listed, it seems unlikely those people were the problem.

The most successful use of AI has almost certainly been advertising, which companies were already doing before the recent AI hype. If by AI we mean LLMs, the question looks a bit different.

My company has an AI tool appending a summary after the human one. As far as I can tell, people aren't reading it. If people create the PR using something like Claude, you get an AI summary after another AI summary.
