Actually no windows doesn't even pass Passenger Flight rules and regulations. In Asia, its mandatory that windows should be opened, visible during takeoff and landing.

Building tools is one thing, building a system like Postgres or Databases is going to be another thing. Anyone really tried building PG or MySQL or such a complex system which heavily relies on IO operations and multi threading capabilities

Same here. No other font comes close to it in terms of readability. I really don't care about what each font claims about in terms of achiveness. As long as it's not pleasing to me, its not worth for me.
