Far from a silver bullet, but still exciting as the first medicine of its kind! Accidental exposure happens to pretty much everyone with food allergies, so reducing the risk of anaphylaxis by ~70% is huge and will save lives.

When you say “transfer money to discretionary” for example, is that a category in your budget or a separate account? I’ve never had YNAB double up a transfer. Also, capital gains - not sure what the issue is there either. Add a transaction

Have you found value out of this? I just consider cash spent as soon as I withdraw it, as far as the budget goes. Tracking small change sounds tedious and seems line it wouldn’t provide value, but so I’m curious to hear if you think differe

Taking the lane is really the only way to bike safely in traffic though unless there is a ton of space for cars to safely pass.

When you say “cyclist friendly” do you mean “fully physically protected bike lanes”? Lots of cities paint on bike lanes (often in the door zone of parked cars…) then people are confused when cyclists often don’t use them. But if they aren’t

Depends on your purpose. Bikes are great in cities, are better for the environment, are much quieter (better for others outside), are safer for pedestrian, and are great exercise. But anywhere you could be safely traveling 50mph+ is probabl
