Hmm okay good question - 1. We wanted to keep it simple (1 login vs 2) 2. We thought that in general people care more about their facebook friends than their linkedin friends (contacts?) so we chose fb instead of linkedin. 3. LinkedIn als

Thanks! Finishing the last bit and polishing it up took more than 90 minutes - there's a lot of stuff we needed to do for the app store also - screenshots, etc...

haha we've done several interviews like this and usually we pick a project that we estimate to be 3-4 hours and since we are engineers we pretty much always underestimate how long it will take. It's the first one we have ever fin

Yeah I definitely don't have a perfect solution for this. Sometimes it piles up. One thing that I have found effective is having a designated end of day "clean up to-do list" time. Definitely open to hearing what you think would be a goo

Yeah! That's basically Step #1 for me except I was too scared to actually unsubscribe (especially in college). Turns out I don't read any of them and for the most part my life is still good :)

I tried that but found that this worked much better for me personally. Also I had emails in very different levels of "response required" - email lists (don't need to look at vs response required immediately). Also a big plus of this approa
