It's also worth mentioning that there is a draft spec for adding social proofs directly to OpenPGP: https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-vb-openpgp-linked-ids-01 It's already implemented in Android OpenKeychain.

No it doesn't. At least on Anniversary Update but is anyone else running an earlier version of Windows? The NoLockScreen hack does not work in Anniversary Update. It's even described in the gist and the Anniversary workaround is c
