Its not as if it even helps since the numbers can be leaked and stolen and then abused & the situation ends up even worse since it is so centralised.

Do you have the link. In the past people have said this on HN and its common, personalised, etc. Then you look at it and the issue is clear. If it is uncontroversial Stripe will probably likely your account, otherwise you're out of luc

I wouldn't say thats the reason they're poor. Thats the reason xAI is behind. Everyone is at varying degrees to the frontier especially with Sota. The grok model is decent

Because no one wants Elons opinions in their vibe coded app. And also that the data isnt used against ZDR or other reasons on cutting corners as XAi is more desperate than other labs. Whether its true or not its the perception, so people av

This is the basic Maastricht treaty. You cannot make EU law in France without France creating it not as EU law, but as French law. A SE or EU-INC would have to exist within this construct. The only exception to a legal entity are the EU ent

Looking at it on vibes is not intelligent either. The design of the EU is based on a foundation where other than the EU institutions themselves the founding legal entity must sit within a member state. EU law that is one each country must r

This is very different. In a SE these are incorporated and sponsored by the member state. It is like each country making an equivalent copy of the same thing. The EU-INC is EU designated without a sponsor, which is not permissible under EU

Can't work legally speaking. There has to be a single sponsoring member state. Just sadly how the EU is designed. The only way would be to copy it individually so it is the same in each member state which breaks the purpose of it.

The issue is to try and focus on making a good cloud that startups etc would like to use. That should be the goal. If the goal is not being strategically dependent then it'll never work.

It depends from which vantage point you look at it. The person directing the company, let's imagine it was Bill Gates instructing that the code should be bug free, but its very opinionated about what a bug is at Microsoft.

This is exactly what bad taste is. Not one mention of if the software is actually 'good' to use for the end user.

And then they'll offer to 'protect' you from AI scrapers for a fee and then bulk negotiate against Google, etc for another fee.

I want it to be indexed by everyone, thats the whole point. So what then Cloudflare can use all these websites as leverage against Google, OpenAI and Microsoft? I kind of want my content to be indexed.
