Not a user script, but the LibRedirect extension does most of that already https://libredirect.manerakai.com/ I think it doesn't check whether the chosen instance is up before redirecting, but switching to another one

I moved to self hosted Vaultwarden (Bitwarden server reimplementation that's client-compatible). You can also directly run Bitwarden, but Vaultwarden is easier to self-host, especially OIDCwarden is nice if SSO is your cup of tea. I do

I think this is great, because it prepares you for the Python coding style for now to in two years, in contrast to from two years ago to now, so the information stays relevant longer.

Opus 5 feels like it's meant to be used as a very focused subagent under Fable, not user-facing. Which is a downgrade to what Opus used to be, but would imo absolutely have made sense for Anthropic when you consider that we all should
