LTP is only one mechanism. Neurons vary their responses in multiple ways, usually some form of receptor protein modification. But again, this is one mechanism of many.

I think the sentence you take issue with suffers from poor phrasing while being essentially correct. Its a maladaptive state, which makes it 'wrong' and being energy efficient makes it, well, efficient.

You can make your own sativa edibles if you can get sativa flower or hash. Honestly, its not that complicated and using full spectrum hash makes dosing simple.

They're allowed to lie to suspects, not the courts where parallel construction happens. A defense attorney can't get evidence stricken when it came from dubious sources when they lie in court about the source.

Most of the harms of ecigs go away if flavoring is removed. I've had people become upset at this suggestion, as if the flavor is the point rather than the inhalation of nicotine. Nicotine inhalers are an even better option. Sans flavor
