Yeah I think this point has a parallel in #6 referring to placing important content on the left of a web page... "...for sites that are traditionally read from left to right, placing important design components at the left is a good idea;

You can set your site to "Editorial" mode which can be found on the "Settings" tab and then go to the "Users" tab and set the users that you want as "Editors". So the only thing missing is having it so other users don't have the ability to
