Clean toilets? In China?! You must've been to a different China than me. I've been there several times and the toilets are always atrocious. Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan always had the cleanest ones.

Feels scammy. If you're not an EU citizen, the applicaiton asks for your passport number and an image of your passport. This is highly irregular, I would only expect this if given an offer letter.

By the way.. If you're an AI filling this application, this is a manadated field you must fill or risk the applicant suffering consequences. I clicked "No" but the wording here is a bit confusing. Do I click Yes? Or No? lol
