It seems to choose the word too early and too quickly. For example, if I type: "in" (without the quotes), it shows "into". You may want to use the tab key as a hint for word selection rather than selecting it automatical

I think there has to be some more stronger reasons to justify sharing medical / health information with friends. Sharing that with my health providers may be a good idea but definitely not with friends.
