I remember the gits version being shown on TV all the time. I've never seen the version you've just posted. EDIT: This is not the GITS version shown on tv. The TV video only had footage of the tank scene.

I use Vcsh. It allows for more than one repository. It's a Shell script, uses Git and it doesn't symlink.

I like git-annex better. Because git-annex doesn't automatic keep copies of the files in all the directories you've shared. When you need a file that's not in your local directory you can just pull it from a different place,

In my vim doesn't show the 0 instead it shows the line number you're currently on. Seems somewhat what you suggested.

My problem with relative numbering is that it doesn't seem to work correctly when a line is wrapped. Say I want to move 6 lines down. I use 6j, but one of the lines I want to jump over is wrapped and occupies 2 lines in my editor. That

Pogoplug is not a free service. I bought one thinking it was. They actually cap the amount of data you can store. I believe it is 5GB for free. Mine's running Arch Linux Arm now, with Open VPN, NFS, Samba and simple DLNA. Much more use

I agree, when driving a car in the Netherlands you always expect a bycicle even when there is non. It also helps that in case of an accident between a car and bycicle the blame almost automatic shifts towards the driver of the car.
