I did not check the source code but scanning UI and outcome is exactly the same as native iOS scanner.

m, M, w, W, %, @ and i, l, ! (and so on) are the letters that create a challenge (or a room for creativity/individuality) ad they are so wide or so narrow. Wide letters often get cramped as they need to share se witdh as narrower lette

Aegean sea has seen a lot of military exercises with both Greece and Turkey, I remember the Medusa-10 exercise with Greece, France, Egypt and UAE (and yeah, these are the sides which clash against Turkey-backed official government in Libya)

Traditional RAW* wouldn’t be a black-and-white mosaic. It just would be data. RAW’s need to be demosaiced to be seen visually, which makes it dependent on software (or algorithm). * I don’t know about Apple’s ProRAW.

True but some foundries have had unrestricted licenses (i.e Swiss Foundry) or has recently changed (ABC Dinamo). I completely agree with the webfonts mess though, it’s just so hard to license it as opposed to licensing desktop fonts.

Most foundries offer perpetual licenses though, only foundries that offer yearly fee _that I’m aware of_ is Font Bureau and Dalton Maag, compared to maybe hundreds of foundries which offer non-expiring licenses. I agree there is some quirks

Check “TeX Gyre Heros”. It is featured version of Nimbus Sans (aka Helvetica digitised by Bitstream) which were donated to X Consortium back then.

It is because of focal length. Although phone manufacturers started to put “tele” cameras, primary camera is wide. Wide lenses mean there will be more coverage but things will get smaller, which happens with moon.

It is not a replica, they are similar in style (they’re both neo-grotesk). Also the design of the letters can’t be copyrighted in the US, only the files (.otf, .ttf etc.) can.

Check “Basier Mono” from Atipo. Regular weight is free and the other weights are quite cheap.

“a” and “g” could be single-storey or double-storey. For example the font you’ve seeing now, Verdana, has double storey ‘a’ and single-storey ‘g’.

Although some say their trial fonts used for non-commercial works. most foundries doesn’t actually have a seperate license for NC usage. For instance Input have a free (as in free beer) non-commercial license but you have to pay for it if y
