in german law it's even impossible to transfer copyright (Urheberrecht). There is but one way: inheriting. What can be transferred though is usage right - licensing.

Wonderful! Lucky she, has a space to put it unmonetarized and under her (parents) agency and responsibility. I host a youth computer club and help at holiday camps and see this a lot. Some elementary school kids (girls mostly) love to write

I wonder how it can be legal to repeatedly undermine constitution and push or vote for later high-court-nullified laws and be allowed to repeat as if nothing was wrong with that. Like drunk driving forever. We ban counter-constitutional act
