Facebook gives 4 months of paternal & maternal leave. I really appreciate it being equal because then both men & women on my team are absent for the same amount of time (and there's no stigma about taking all of it)

I second the wiki suggestion. My experience, thus far, with Google Docs: - Click on link and browse around a bit - As usual, use backspace key to go back to HN - Nothing happens, tap backspace key a few more times out of habit - Accidentall

I was talking to some friends at Berkeley and apparently they're learning Scheme. My first reaction was "meh, that's not very practical". However, I can guess as to why they chose it: a) It levels the playing field for people who have and
