   Doesn't nasal spray directly get into blood through the nose blood vessels? Think about sniffing cocaine.

   If such a hyper bacteria were possible it would have happened a long time ago. Bacteria must adapt and compete on many axes, there is no silver bullet. Don't forget that antibiotics were invented by nature (penicillium).

   Selling cocaine/heroin at the corner grocery shop would bring in billions of dollars of sales. Just imagine tens of millions of people buying their daily does. So if following the money is the answer, why doesn't this happen?
