Each book is best at answering questions on its own source material. For now though, it will sometimes answer stuff not related to the book. The litmus test I use is always asking a new book "Do you know anything about the Chamber of S

It has more to do with people's expectations of fiction books being different for this format. With non-fiction it's more straight forward. Simple Q&A.

Sometimes a book will refer to a quote from its author spontaneously. For my own amusement I google the quote. Almost always I can find the source.
