Michael Levin's labs, where this research is going on, showed organ (eg. eyes) regeneration etc. I really hope these guys are going in right direction regarding regeneration based on electric fields as a proxy for gene expressions.

I responded above, but it could be used maybe for network libraries for eg. libvirt. I did my thesis on this topic a couple years ago. I am very intrigued to find out how this would fit in, if at all.

Absolutely my thought as well. During my thesis i found token buckets to be better and more fair compared to other algos[1]. This was in libvirt. my finding was that it scaled well up to around 1k buckets if memory serves right. after that

exactly. I see it as well in multiple other spots as well. eg: 1. 05 49 04.008 +01 09 47.27 FoV: 1.3° X 2.2° 2. 05 44 35.074 +01 52 52.36 FoV: 3.4° X 5.9° 3. 06 37 17.795 -47 18 20.97 FoV: 1.4° X 2.4° many more that i didnt list.
