I got a monitor that gives me rest reminders every X minutes. Runs reliably regardless of input (console, PC), no need to do it on your OS.

It's relevant enough if you're concerned about RSI or CTS and such In that case display size is a measure of how much strain you're putting on your hands to navigate the huge screen. A smaller screen means less reaching. Also
