36 mg concerta daily in the morning it usually keeps me on 12 hours or so. or a 10mg ritalin which keeps the effect about 5 hours or so so I can take another if it will be a long nigth, taking concerta in the nigth is not a good idea becaus

just learn to use a good text editor like emacs or vim, I use emacs and it fits me like glow whatever text based activity I am currently engaging at that moment. And yes there can be better IDEs but I wont be using them.
