I agree. I've read most of his books but Linchpin has depth to it that the others don't. I've heard people remark they were "confused" with the message and had to re-read the book to digest it. It's just pure unadulterated Seth Godin, that'

I think this tagline will explain it: Manifestos of Future Leaders - Like You Again, lots of potential here if you play your cards right.

One more thing. Change the name. Change it to: "WhenYouAreGreat.com" Trust me on this one. Then resubmit to HN. There is massive potential here.

This is pretty cool! Looks good on mobile too. I'll write mine up in the next day or so. I may send you an email then with some user questions.

As an adjunct to this article, I should mention an experimental project I launched just yesterday called VOW of NOW. It's a 30 day program that tries to instill meditation as a daily habit by leveraging powerful incentives: http://vowofnow

Yeah, I agree. Things don't even get interesting for me until 30 minutes in. I wanted it to be attainable for everyone though, even novices with "monkey mind".

Well, that's a little unfair to say since you don't know me or my motivation behind this project. The only person that can "fail" you is your evaluator - the person YOU choose to help you keep your vow. Your evaluator must fill out an asses

Twenty seemed like the magic number for me after much deliberation, but maybe I could add "commitment levels" or whatever so people can increase or decrease the amount of their pledge.

I certainly can't wait to get feedback from the people who are already taking the vow. Hopefully they achieve greater peace and make meditation a fun habit and will tell others. Then I can get some testimonials for the site.

I'm trying to help and motivate people to make meditation a daily habit using powerful incentives. VOW of NOW was designed to have as few moving parts as possible. The focus is to meditate so to achieve greater peace and emotional stability

Great feedback. I need to clarify that. Basically, the Zen Master provides an assessment form for your evaluator to fill out and sign. The evaluator you choose is the one who decides at the end of the 30 day VOW of NOW whether you have achi

Am I the only one who appreciates the work he did to bring us these findings? I've tried Cloudflare before and "underwhelmed" would be as good a description as any. I don't know if it helped at all. If anything, this post confirms it.

Is your project similar to Leanpub? Is your goal to be an alternative to Leanpub? I'd love to see some competition in this space. It's a big space, a big market.
