the newer (8+) iDRAC's are nice now that you can point them at downloads.dell.com and it will figure out the updates for you

Depends on the lender, that is how a lot operate. Some provide servicing as well, and will cherry pick their safest loans to service while tranching and selling the rest.

For the right price I am sure they would be bought, especially if someone (probably an investment group) is trying to profit long term assuming the building is "fixable" whatever that may mean.

I had a biochem professor in college who talked extremely slowly, like we are talking 2x speed just to approach normal talking (and her lectures were all online). I usually listen to stuff at 2x or greater depending on the content.

During the height of severe covid cases in my area a lot of hospitals were not even allowing spouses in during delivery, so yes it was still relatively safe but definitely not the same.
