I’ve read five dysfunctions and can’t say I remember anything about personality types (MBTI). To me it was about persistence honesty and pragmatism. Loved it.

This kind of reminds me of the FMEA and its web structure, which is very useful. It does share the big weakness with all the other such databases though, very hard to convince people to use it, specially to add and maintain content.

While I do like the aesthetics of this, as others have mentioned it is plain wrong. Any explanation of resonance should deal first and foremost with a physical system, not a signal. Having two signals 'resonate with each other' do
