re the CPT codes-- 27486 and 27487 are for total knee revisions, not for a first-time replacement. 27486 is used if you only revise 1 component (ie the femoral side or the tibial side). 27487 is billed when both components are revised.

My goal is building a SaaS to $500 MRR. I work in a non-tech field but have always enjoyed coding. This hasn’t led to a business because I have focused on features I thought would be useful and interesting but weren’t solving core customer
