Of course the methods listed should be effective regardless of the language as they simulate immersion, but it will not be so "painless" the further away you move from the European language families which share many similarities.

Windows 10 is honestly really good as a user desktop as long as you run the appropriate optimization and debloat scripts on an LTSC image. I'm still using Linux as well, but I've been really impressed by the stability of the LTSC
